If your skin will be oily after a few hours later, you still need to apply them again to remove the sebum produced. It does help to give a matifying touch for a while onto your skin. And honestly, for the previous ula, i dont like this toner smell because it is too strong as my nose a bit sensitive with the smell of this toner like perfume but after the packaging was changed and also the new ula of this toner changed, I can tolerate with the smell because the smell is not too strong like before, it does give a calming sense but not sure enough, maybe it depends on other individual preferences.
